For practitioners interested in a workout that focuses entirely on conditioning and strengthening the core, we have developed Strike Fit--a work out exclusively for women that targets the cardiovascular benefits of Muay Thai practice.  Whether you are interested in weight loss or strengthening the entire body, Strike Fit will help you reach your goals incredibly quickly.  

Strike Fit moves at a fast pace; students will burn through the core, build muscle while enjoying awesome music and a fun workout! No technique or previous experience required.
